This field displays the currently selected item's on order quantity.

 

•The item's on order quantity may also be viewed on the inventory tab of inventory file maintenance.

 

•This field represents the total number of units that are expected to be received on any pending purchase orders.

 

•This field will be replaced with Available to Make for Make From items. The total number of units that may be made using the product you have in stock will be displayed instead under these circumstances.

 

 

•When the cursor moves over the On Order field in the information panel, the quantity value will change to Detail and the cursor will change to a "hand point" icon indicating that more information is available.

 

 

•Click the Detail button inside the On Order field to open the On Order / Allocation Breakdown dialog.

 

▪By default the Detailed Listing option will be selected which shows you the On Order and Allocated information for the selected item.

 

 

•When the Inventory Ledger option is selected the screen below will display for the selected item.
