Assigning Lots Automatically

Lots can automatically be assigned by entrée, using a first in first out method by clicking the Auto Assign button.

 

•entrée will fill the required quantity automatically starting with the oldest lot first and continue until there is no more available product or the quantity ordered has been reached.

 

Assigning Lots Manually

1.Select the lot to assign in the available lots grid.
2.Click the > button. You will see the lot information appear in the assigned lots grid.
3.Edit the quantity, weight and unit price of the lot if needed.
4.Continue assigning lots until either there are no more lots to be assigned or the quantity ordered has been reached in the Assigned lots section. The Balance to Fill field will tell you the remaining quantity required to fill the order.

 

Removing a lot from the assigned lots grid

1.Select the lot to be removed
2.Click the < button. The lot will be removed from the assigned lots grid the product will be returned to the original lot in the available lots grid.

 

 

 

If you have assigned more than one lot to fill the order, each lot will appear as a separate line item on the loading sheet.
