The edit method control determines how items are added to the line item grid.

 

•Select the In Grid option to key items directly into the Line Item Grid.

 

•Select the In Window option to add all items using the Line Item Detail dialog.

 

•The default value of this option can be specified on a per user basis on the Personal Settings tab of System Preferences.

 

•If system option 116 is enabled the In Grid edit method will be disabled.
