1. Click the Setup button to open the Matrix Code Setup dialog.

 

 

2. Click the Add button for the matrix code type you would like to add, either Customer or Item. This will open the Add Matrix Code dialog for that code type.

 

 

3a.Enter a new Customer Matrix Code in the text box.

 

- OR -

 

3b.Enter a new Item Matrix Code in the text box.

 

4.  Click OK.

5. You will be brought back to the Setup screen. Enter the Percent Markup values for the new matrix price. This markup percentage will be applied to the item's base cost when calculating the selling price of the item.

 

 

6. If you have zeros in any percent markup entries you can click the Clear 0.00% Entries button to clean them out. You may be presented with an Information box during this process. Follow the instructions to save and click OK to proceed with the clear zeros utility.

 

 

7. Click Apply to save your changes.

 

8.  Click the OK button to save the your new matrix price information and close.
