1.To access the Security Management System (SMS) go to the System ribbon menu System File section.

 

2.        Click the Security Management... option.

 

The Security Management utility may not be run while other areas of the entrée system are open. If a user attempts to access Security Management while other windows are open they get the following message.

 

•Click the OK button to return to the main window of the entrée application, close all windows and try again.
