In version 4 all companies are required to use Advanced Mode.
•All companies must convert their version 3 system from Simple to Advanced Mode before upgrading to version 4 SQL. Each user account must be assigned a unique username before switching to advanced mode.
Advanced Mode requires all users to be provided with a unique username in addition to their password to access the entrée system.
•Users are required to enter both a username and a password to log into the entrée system. Windows will however remember the username of the last successful login, so typically only the password will have to be entered.
•Users may optionally be assigned membership in one or more "Group" accounts. When a user is a member of one or more groups the group privileges are merged with their own to determine what areas of the system the user can access.
•User names must be unique when the SMS is in advanced mode, but passwords do not have to be unique.
•Passwords are case sensitive in advanced mode. For example: MyPassword is not same as MYPASSWORD.
