If this option is enabled, lots without enough quantity on hand to fill the order may be assigned on the assumption the product will arrive before the delivery leaves the warehouse.

 

•Normally the lot-selection dialog in invoicing will omit lots which are either empty or have already been oversold. If this option is enabled, entrée will show all available lots for the item regardless of the current on-hand value.

•During the invoicing process if there is not enough inventory to fill the required quantity the following dialog will be displayed. Clicking the Yes button will adjust the quantity shipped amount to the available amount remaining. Clicking the No button allows the on hand quantity of the lot to go into a negative state.
