This utility has been implemented in the Inventory Utilities section of the Inventory ribbon menu to resolve an the zero pieces problem going forward. 

 

This utility checks for any and all inventory items which are referenced as the "Case" item of any other item and lists anywhere both items have a "Pieces" value of zero. 

 

 

The utility allows the "Pieces" value to be edited and corrected on-the-spot. If you double-click the "Pieces" column edit mode is enabled. Now you can enter the correct value and the new value will be updated immediately in the inventory file.

 

Or use the Print Report button to get a hard copy or save a PDF file. Give a copy of the report to your warehouse staff to find out what value the pieces should be for each item in the report.
