To add a new recurring entry, type the new five digit entry number into the "Number" control or click the "Add Entry" button.
New Detail
Clicking the "New Detail" button will add an account to the recurring entry.
Delete Detail
Clicking the "Delete Detail" button will delete an account from the recurring entry.
Account
Enter the General Ledger account, or you can click the search button or press the F5 key to display the General Ledger Account Search screen.
Account Description
This is the General Ledger account description.
Amount
Select an amount for the current account.
Balance
This is the running balance for all accounts for the recurring entry. The balance must be zero before the entry can be saved.
