Some reports such as order forms and price lists may be "batch" emailed. This allows you to generate these reports at a scheduled point during the week or month. You can even let them generate overnight if you have a large customer base. This section highlights the differences to note when batch emailing a report.
1. | Only customers that have the Authorized for batch email option enabled, which is located on the Miscellaneous tab of Customer Maintenance, will be "batch emailed". |
2. | Do not enter any email addresses in the To: field of the mail editor dialog. |
Ré3 will automatically fill in the To: address using the primary email account of the customer, which is also defined on the Miscellaneous tab of Customer Maintenance.
