Some reports such as order forms and price lists may be "batch" emailed. This allows you to generate these reports at a scheduled point during the week or month. You can even let them generate overnight if you have a large customer base. This section highlights the differences to note when batch emailing a report.

 

1.Only customers that have the Authorized for batch email option enabled, which is located on the Miscellaneous tab of Customer Maintenance, will be "batch emailed".

 

2.Do not enter any email addresses in the To: field of the mail editor dialog.

 

Ré3 will automatically fill in the To: address using the primary email account of the customer, which is also defined on the Miscellaneous tab of Customer Maintenance.
