The Customer File Routes Tab is where you designate the days and assign an Ordertaker to make the calls.

 

The days of the week scheduled for the call will trigger the Call list days counter if a number is set here.

Use the arrows to set the number of calls

 

Use Call Days from System Preferences option

If this option is checked the value set on the System Preferences System Options tab for Call list days will be used.
