As the field name implies, enabling this option will remove data records for lots with an on hand quantity that has reached zero. This option is enabled by default.

 

Retain lots empty less than XX days before closing date

Enabling this option, allows zero lots within a specified number of days from the closing date to be retained for informational and reporting purposes.

 

•The specified number of days defaults to 30, but any number of days up to 99 may be specified.

•This option is not enabled by default.
