This section is for users that are upgrading their existing entrée V2 application to entrée version 3. Before upgrading to  entrée version 3, it is strongly suggested that you read and comply with the recommended System Requirements. Current technical specifications can also be found on our website at entree System Requirements in the entrée product page.

 

You may wish to download the latest version release of the entrée application from our website at http://necs.com/support/  or use the Upgrade CD you have received.

 

Make sure there are NO instances of entrée, FoodPro, or the DOS version are running during the update installation.

 

 

 

•You must have entrée version 2.2.0 or higher installed on your file server and all of your workstations BEFORE upgrading to entrée version 3.

 

• If your current entrée version is lower than 2.2.0, please call Technical Support for assistance with your entrée version 3 upgrade.

 

•If you received an Upgrade CD, there is a folder titled Previous which contains the 2.2.0 upgrade file, as well as every major update to the entrée system.
