In Create/Change Invoice an "Apply Small Order Fee" option added to the Billing Details dialog allows the small order fee to be removed on a "per invoice" basis.

 

In order for this option to be available to a Customer you must first set up the small order fee in Customer File Maintenance by clicking the Service Charges button on the Customer Tab similar to the Fuel Surcharge process previously described.

 

•Use System option #168 to turn off taxation of the small order fee.
