Pay Commissions

The value in this field determines if the salesperson earns a normal commission, or if they have to reach a predefined quota first. Click the drop down menu to choose one of the three possible options.

 

Normal

Select this option if the salesperson does not have to meet a specified quota or if the salesperson's quota will be based of from monthly sales dollars

 

Weekly Dollar Quota

This feature is not currently implemented.

 

Year-end Weight Quota

This feature is not currently implemented.

 

 

Weekly Quota Sales Dollars

This feature is not currently implemented.

 

Monthly Quota Sales Dollars (paid invoices)

Enter the dollar amount in sales (paid invoices only) that the salesperson must reach in a month before he can begin to earn commissions in this field.

 

Most entrée customers will leave this field set to zero.

 

When running the Commission Report, users may optionally display a column for the Monthly Quota Remaining.

 

The value for the monthly quota pertains to the total invoice amount, regardless of whether the salesperson is paid commission using gross profit or sales dollars.
