This feature is provided for times when the master purchase order has been changed after the supplemental purchase order was created.
•Click the Re-read Master button to have the Line Item Grid reflect any changes that have been made to the master purchase order from the Change Purchase Order utility.
If this feature is used any modified Unit Cost values will be lost. The entrée system will display a confirmation dialog to the user, when this operation is performed, alerting them to this fact.
If the supplemental purchase order utility has been accessed from the Change Purchase Order utility, re-reading the master purchase order should have no effect. This is due to the fact that pending changes to the purchase order will not be written to the database until after the change operation is completed, by clicking the OK button from within the Change Purchase Order utility.
