The Add and Delete buttons on the right side of the Comment File Maintenance window allow you to perform actions such as adding and deleting comments.

 

 

Add

Click this button to insert a new comment into the comment file.

 

Delete

Click this button to delete the currently loaded comment from the comment file.

 

•The buttons along the lower portion of the comment window allow you to accept, cancel, or apply pending changes to the comment file.

 

OK

Click this button to close the comment maintenance window and return to the main menu. Any pending changes for the currently loaded comment will be saved when the OK button is clicked.

 

Cancel

Click this button to close the comment file maintenance window and return to the entrée main menu. Any pending changes for the currently loaded comment will be discarded when the Cancel button is clicked.

 

Apply

Click this button to save any pending changes for the currently loaded comment. Use the Apply button to save changes without closing the comment file maintenance window.
