During the cost/price update process, the minimum sell price dialog will be shown for each item that had the Update Minimum Sell Price option enabled in the Cost area.

 

1a.Enter the new minimum sell price in the New Minimum Sell Price field.

- or -

 

1b.Enter a percentage value over base cost that the minimum sell price should be calculated to in the Burden % field.

 

2.Click the Update button.

 

Two changes made in V4.0.38 to the handling of Minimum Selling Price updates in the Cost/Price Update Utility, Future Price By Class:

 

•The adjustment is a dollar amount and it will only be applied to Minimum Selling Prices which is currently based on a dollar markup. This is consistent with how similar adjustments are being applied to Level Prices.

•The application of the adjustment has been changed so that it goes straight to the Markup value so that the existing recalculation process will produce the desired result.

 

 

Clicking the Cancel button will bypass the updating of the minimum sell price for

the given item.
