The exclude options on the General tab of the customer order forms report setup window are available to refine your report input.

 

 

•Exclude Inactive Customers

Enabling this option will instruct Ré3 to not generate an order form for any customers that are marked as Inactive in Customer Maintenance. The exclude inactive customers option is checked by default.

 

•Exclude Inactive Items

Enabling this option will instruct Ré3 to not print any items that are marked as Inactive in Inventory Maintenance on the customers order form. The exclude inactive items option is checked by default.

 

•Exclude Potential Customers

Enabling this option will instruct Ré3 to not generate an order form for any customers that are marked as Potential in Customer Maintenance.

 

•Exclude Special Order Items

Enabling this option will instruct Ré3 to not print any items that are marked as Special Order in Inventory Maintenance on the customers order form.
