.DOC Feature

The .DOC column and the .DOC paper clip icon are used in the Customer Account Inquiry screen.

Tap the paper clip icon for the desired invoice and the scanned document will display on the screen.

In the scanned invoice displayed here there are a few handy tools for you.

Tap the email icon to open the Email Invoice dialog and send the scanned invoice.

Tap the re-size and center icon if your scanned document does not fit on the screen. The document should automatically re-size and center to fit on the screen.

You can page through the invoice using the page controls.  

Takes you Back to the previous screen.

For companies with entrée.DOC, the document scanning add-on module for entrée, you can add the .DOC column to the Order Status screen using the Information Panel Setup dialog.  

In the Order Status screen shown here look at the .DOC column.

Just tap the .DOC paper clip icon for the desired invoice and the scanned document will be displayed.

The .DOC icon paper clip will be displayed in the Dashboards screen at the bottom in the list of invoices. The .DOC icon tells the salesperson that a scanned image of the invoice is available for viewing from entrée.DOC. Here we have the Total Sales

Tap the .DOC paper clip icon for the desired invoice and the scanned document will be displayed.

Tap the .DOC paper clip icon to view the scanned document.

Open the Customer Information screen.

Open the Accounts Receivable (A/R) screen.

At the bottom of the screen use the Quick Hide Gross Profit feature use the directional icon to toggle the display of Gross Profit information on the screen.

Here the information is hidden.
