entrée has the ability to process both Credit Card and ACH payments right within entrée’s Enter Cash Receipts screen. No more double entry by needing to run ACH transactions through your bank's portal, then a second time manually entering them into entrée. You will have access to CC and ACH Transaction screens to easily search for a transaction or process a refund. At the end of the day, you can run a Cash Receipts report to show All transactions or separate out your CC and ACH transactions so you can see totals separately. By signing up with an NECS approved merchant, you can process those ACH payments ONE time through the Cash Receipts entry screen.

entrée.PAY is a highly requested platform that allows your customers to pay their invoices online using credit cards or ACH. It is available with entrée version 4.7+.
entrée.PAY is an easy, hassle-free payment option for your customers; efficient payment collection and AR management for you!
Your customers can add, edit, and delete CC and ACH payment methods. When making payments, your customers can choose to pay one or multiple invoices at a time, pay invoices fully or partially or take the faster route and use the “Pay on Account” feature.
